First Opinion Review
Initial evaluation of candidates and their businesses with the team to assess fit
Second Opinion Review
Endeavor mentors conduct individual reviews with candidates, probing business strategy, growth potential, and individual abilities
Local Selection Panel
Held quarterly, the LSP gathers board members and seasoned mentors who will interview, deliberate and select candidates to advance to the next stage
International Selection Panel
Hosted by an Endeavor affiliate across the globe, the ISP gathers world-renowned business leaders to select and advise candidates
