Juhn Teo
Common Ground
Juhn Teo is the other half of the co-founding duo and Chief Executive Officer of Common Ground.
Previously working in a traditional office environment, Juhn came to realise his true calling from a chance conversation he had with his co-founder Erman Akinci on coworking spaces while at a site recce. Drawing on his experience and expertise in real estate, he focuses on the growth and expansion of the business, building a vibrant community and oversees the overall strategic operations of Common Ground.
Prior to founding Common Ground, Juhn was the Chief Executive Officer of Guocoland Tower REIT Management Sdn Bhd and also served in various positions in real estate development, investment management and business development for a breadth of companies in Australia, U.K. and Malaysia.
Juhn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Western Australia and Master of Business Administration degree from Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.
When he is not busy running his empire with Erman, Juhn spends his time collecting exotic fish and horse riding bareback under the moonlight. In April 2019, Juhn and Erman were selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in the 87th Endeavor International Selection Panel in Madrid, Spain.
