Rabiatul Zainal
Entrepreneurship runs in her blood. Her interest in entrepreneurship stemmed from the first-hand experience she had when helping in her father’s restaurant. With this exposure, she is keen to continuously learn from the Endeavor community on what it takes to become a good entrepreneur.
At Endeavor Malaysia, she manages the office to ensure all stakeholders are well taken care of that will translate into fruitful impact for all the stakeholders.
Prior to joining Endeavor, Rabiatul started her career with EKUINAS’ Management Trainee program that has helped her to discover her interest in human resources development. She believes that a company should take care of their own people first for the business to run well. Her goal is to be a positive trendsetter and make a significant impact in the HR world.
Combining close to 10 years of experience in HR, she has worked with a few different organisations where she gained notable experiences in human resources management and stakeholder management.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and two kids (and still counting). She is an avid food and beauty makeup buff, which she intends to potentially turn it to a viable business in the near future.
