Victor Khor is the Director of Jabatan Teknologi Korporat at Bank Negara Malaysia.
Victor has over 29 years of extensive leadership experience in the areas of digital transformation, digital banking, technology, transaction banking, SME banking, payments, trade finance and funding.
Victor is currently the Director of Jabatan Teknologi Korporat at Bank Negara Malaysia. He leads the business technology, application, systems development and innovation covering Financial Markets & Development, Financial Stability & Economics, Digital Technology & Corporate Management, Solution Development & Architecture and Innovation Lab of the Central Bank.
Prior to joining Bank Negara Malaysia, he was the Divisional General Manager of Digital Technology Services at Eco World Development Group Berhad. He was responsible for the development and delivery of Group-wide digital transformation, digital business and Fintech initiatives.
Victor has also held the positions of Group Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Group Chief Information Officer and Group Head of SME Banking in several major Malaysian Financial Groups. He was also the Country Director of Financial Services for Sun Microsystems for Malaysia and Thailand as well as sat on the Board of Directors of MEPS Berhad – the Malaysian National Payments Network.
