With this move, LiveIn expands its reach in Indonesia, adding 27 KoolKost properties across six cities to its portfolio.
Launched in 2020 by RedDoorz, KoolKost offers budget-friendly living spaces commonly known as kos-kosan in Indonesia. Designed for travelers staying for long periods of time, students, and workers, KoolKost properties come with essential amenities like Wi-Fi, free drinking water, and room cleaning services. The brand has grown across Indonesia and established a strong presence in the long stay market.

KoolKost will continue to operate as a sub-brand under LiveIn Indonesia. Gradually, LiveIn will bring KoolKost properties in line with its standardized product categories, including LiveIn Intro, LiveIn Select, and LiveIn Signature.
