Application Criteria
Business Revenue
Annual revenue size (RM2M-8M) with a 30% CAGR revenue growth in the past 2 years.
Owner of Product
Founders or Co-Founders must own a majority stake of the company and own the product or proprietary know-how.
Business Model

Business model is unique, scalable, innovative with a strong value proposition.

Sector agnostic with tech or tech enabled companies preferred.

At least one of the Co-Founder(s) must be actively involved in the program.

No trading & distribution, franchisee or licensee of business, services businesses, and multi level marketing (MLM).

What is Scale Up by Endeavor Program?Scale Up by Endeavor Program is a four months non-dilutive program that provides a fast-track route to become a potential Endeavor Entrepreneur.

What is the format of the program?The program will consist of workshops, 1-to-1 mentoring sessions with entrepreneurs/mentors within the local Endeavor network. Group mentoring sessions will also be considered if there are overlapping challenges within the cohort.

How much does the Scale Up by Endeavor Program cost?A non-refundable RM10,000 fee will be collected to join the Scale Up by Endeavor program (4 months).

When would the fees be collected?Once the entrepreneurs receive confirmation from the Endeavor team on being selected, the entrepreneurs will be required to make the necessary payment to confirm their slot, before participation in the program.

When is the deadline to apply for Scale Up by Endeavor Program?The deadline to apply is on the 3rd of June 2024.

How much time is needed to commit for the program?15-20 hours in 4 months. Please note that at least one of the Co-Founders must be actively involved throughout the program.

How many mentors will the entrepreneurs have access to?Entrepreneurs will gain full access to Endeavor’s local network of over 70+ business leaders, seasoned entrepreneurs, and mentors. Depending on the entrepreneurs’ challenges, they can meet up to a total of 4 mentors (each 1 hour) where challenges will be addressed.

How does Endeavor match the entrepreneurs with mentors?Entrepreneurs will be assigned a dedicated Endeavor account manager who will curate suitable mentors according to a mix of factors e.g. industry, company size, challenges and scaling approaches and will also conduct the necessary conflict of interest check prior to the session.

How will Endeavor decide who is selected?Candidates will be screened using the same criteria as how Endeavor Entrepreneurs are evaluated: (1) Entrepreneur, (2) Business and (3) Timing. We look for entrepreneurs who would want to dream bigger, scale faster and pay it forward. Only companies who meet the Endeavor criteria will be selected for the program.

How will Endeavor inform the entrepreneurs about the status of their application?Entrepreneurs will receive an automated reply upon submitting the form on their application. Only entrepreneurs selected for the program will be contacted by the Endeavor team. The results will be announced by the end of June.

What happens at the Scale Masterclass?Key learning sessions with our partners and their experts. Format will either be a roundtable or workshop depending on the requirements of the cohort / topic.

What happens at the Set To Scale Panel?In-depth workshop where panelists (entrepreneurs, mentors or partners) will provide in-depth sessions on key challenges faced by entrepreneurs.
